Vee keeps the wheels turning and the coffee brewing—literally. As our Director of Daily Grind, she’s in charge of operations, logistics, social media, content creation, and making sure every blend (and every idea) gets from vision to reality.

Fun fact: She talks to the pups like human toddlers and crafts new drink recipes by scent—letting her ancestors guide the flavor journey every time.

Sam leads all things community at Mornin Java, building an inclusive, affirming space where every sip and every story matters. As our Pawdre (dog parent energy, always), she’s the heart behind our people-first culture—crafting perks, and experiences that reflect the love we pour into every blend.

Fun fact: She’s a Michelin-star chef in her own kitchen (according to everyone who’s ever tasted her cooking) and proudly drinks hot coffee year-round—yes, even in 100° weather.

Milburn keeps our online world running as smoothly as your morning brew. He’s in charge of e-commerce, website design, and user experience—turning clicks into sips with style and ease.

Fun fact: Pup-loving vibes run deep, even though he doesn’t have a fur baby yet, he wants to be a pawdre in the future. Also, he’s a tea enthusiast who somehow starts most mornings caffeine-free—no one really knows how he does it.

Java Chip is the life of the party and the ultimate IT girl. She values soft girl vibes: high standards and high love. She signs off on all things quality making sure everything here is top tier.

Fun fact: She’s got a black belt in puppy eyes that she uses wisely—usually to turn strangers into lifelong friends or score veto power over the treat menu with just one sniff.

Vice President of Vibes

Pronouns: She/Her/Goofy Girl

Horchata is our quality control cuddler and the ultimate personality hire. She’s got a PhD in goofiness, bringing the laughs and making sure every day feels like a little celebration.

Fun fact: She’s got the goofy face timing down to an art form—ready to fix bad moods and brighten even the toughest mornings (sometimes with a little side-eye sass for extra effect).
