Once your bandana is in the works, it’s like coffee—once it’s brewed, we can’t un-brew it. All custom orders are final sale.
Need to cancel? Please do so by 12pm PST the day before the batch pre-order end date.
No partial refunds (sorry, no half-cups here!).
Each bandana is handmade with love and detail, crafted just for your pup.
Be sure to check our measurement chart before ordering so your dog’s spooky fit is just right.
